Our chickens do good work. They lay us some good eggs! Occasionally they lay a huge one. As a woman who has given birth to over 9 pound babies I feel for the hen.
Cracking a double yolked brings good luck. Yea for me! We had some good breakfast that morning.
This is an egg muffin sandwich that you won't find at any fast food restaurant. Egg, bacon, toasted English muffin with Colby jack cheese melted on one half and pepper jack cheese melted on the other half.
